"Website design feels a bit off"
I’m not totally sure how to explain it, but gigiclozeau.com just didn’t really click with me visually. It feels kind of plain in some places, but then cluttered in others, and the small text mixed with all the bright colors felt a little overwhelming.

I expected the jewelry photos to stand out more, but the layout somehow made everything feel a bit flat. I found myself zooming in a few times because I couldn’t really see the details clearly, which was a little frustrating.

Maybe this is just their style and other people like it, but to me it came across as a bit dated and not as premium as I expected. I ended up leaving the site without feeling very tempted to buy anything

"Maybe it's just me, but it feels overpriced"
It’s definitely pretty, and the quality seems okay, but maybe it’s just me—I don’t think it’s worth the price. For what you actually get, it feels a bit too expensive

I ordered from gigiclozeau.com the item itself is really nice. But the delivery was Not great. The tracking barely updated at all, and it showed up several days later than I was expecting. I ended up having to email them just to figure out what was Going On. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah, it was frustrating for me

"Not gonna lie, I was disappointed..."
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when the box showed up crushed. The packaging just felt cheap and kind of rushed, like not much care went into it.

"Frustrating site to shop on"
I tried browsing Gigi Clozeau and found it frustrating. The pages were slow, the menu wasn’t very clear, and it took way too long just to find basic info. I also got the impression that if I had an issue or sent a message, nobody would really read it or follow up. I ended up giving up before placing an order, so it wasn’t a great shopping experience for me

"Felt like I was stuck waiting forever"
I wasn’t happy with this order at all. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the updates were vague enough that I kept having to check on it myself. It felt like I was being forced to just be patient with no real idea of what was going on, which got old fast. For what I paid, I really expected the whole process to be smoother. I wouldn’t order again

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked how it looked when I first got it, but it broke after just a few months. Frustrating, especially since these return/warranty policies always seem to have some little loophole that makes it hard to actually get help when something doesn’t last.

The bracelet looked really cute online, so I was excited to get it, but in person it felt kind of cheap. The clasp seems flimsy, and the finish started looking dull way sooner than I expected. Maybe I just had bad timing or got one from a rough batch, but I was disappointed...

"Fit was off and not very comfortable"
I really wanted this to work, but the fit just felt strange on me. It was tight in a few places and loose in others, so I couldn’t really get comfortable wearing it for long. My sister even pointed out that it didn’t look like it was sitting right. The sizing didn’t feel true to me at all. It might be fine for someone else, but for me it was disappointing

"Shipping Was a Total Joke"
I couldn’t believe how long this order took to show up. I kept checking the tracking, thinking it had to be close, but nope. The shipping was painfully slow, what a joke.

"Kind of regretting my order after the support experience"
The items themselves are nice, which is why this is annoying to say, but the customer service really made me second-guess buying from here. I emailed for a simple update and waited way too long, then had to follow up twice before getting a response. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating enough that I’m feeling a bit of buyer’s remorse now.

"Sizing issue that felt totally preventable"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was way off and much smaller than I expected. I ended up having to return it, which was annoying. this feels like something that could’ve been preventable with a more accurate size chart.

The exchange process eventually worked, so I guess that’s something, but it took way longer than it should have. Customer support wasn’t exactly overflowing with clear answers either. Nice product, apparently just not as easy to return or exchange as it is to sell

The color ended up being different from what I thought I was ordering. I know colors can look a little different on screens, my laptop makes everything look weird sometimes, kind of like when you try to pick paint and suddenly every shade looks the same, but this was more than just a slight difference. It was way off for me.

I ordered a piece from gigiclozeau.com, and when it arrived, I wasn’t sure it felt like what I thought I had bought. I remember looking at the listing before checkout, or maybe I went back to it after, either way, the item in hand just didn’t really line up with what I had in my head.
The material was the main thing that threw me off. I couldn’t tell if it was authentic or just not described clearly enough on the site. Maybe I misunderstood the details somewhere along the way, but the info didn’t give me much confidence once I actually had it.
For the price, I expected clearer proof or better descriptions before and after buying. I kept second-guessing whether I missed something in the listing, but overall it left me disappointed, and I don’t think I’d order again

"I sent my item in for..."
I sent my item in for repair the whole support experience was frustrating. Replies took ages, and when I did get an update, it wasn’t clear what was actually happening. I kept having to chase them, and it felt like every time I asked, the timeline or expectations shifted again. The after-sales support just didn’t feel very helpful, and it definitely wasn’t what I expected.
